At KuKirin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance electric scooter or bike. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the vehicle in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
