Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, as we ship from our local regional warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery.
What is the warranty policy on your products?
All KuKirin electric scooters come with a 12-month limited warranty covering the main body and motor, and a 6-month warranty for the battery and charger against manufacturing defects.
Can I return my scooter if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
Are KuKirin scooters waterproof?
Our scooters have an IP54 water resistance rating, meaning they are protected against splashing water and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the scooter in deep puddles.
